Lockout Screen

If your console runs on 50Hz/PAL or has no CD hardware (or Mega Everdrive Pro) attached, you are presented with this screen.

50Hz is about 20% slower in speed, CD audio can not stretch itself for perfect syncronization, that’s why I implemented a lockout.

Please note I may release a 50Hz compatible version of the patch in the future.
